Using the service
CompanyMateHQ provides a tenant-scoped workspace for authorised business users. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that everyone you invite is authorised to access the tenant. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your organisation's workspace.
Your content and context
You retain responsibility for the content you upload, connect, or instruct the service to process. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to do so. You grant CompanyMateHQ the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
AI outputs and approval
Agent outputs are working material: summaries, analysis, suggestions, research, drafts, checklists, and plans. They may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person before reliance. CompanyMateHQ does not provide legal, financial, tax, employment, medical, or regulated professional advice.
The service is designed not to send, publish, pay, file, book, commit, or permanently change something outside the workspace without explicit human approval. You remain responsible for every external action you choose to take.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, to infringe another person's rights, to process data without authority, to introduce malware, to attempt unauthorised access, or to create deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent content. More detail is available in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable and improve it carefully, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features where reasonably necessary for security, law, or the evolution of the product. Material changes to a paid customer agreement should be communicated in advance where practicable.
