Use the service lawfully
Use CompanyMateHQ only in compliance with applicable law, contractual duties, professional obligations, and the rights of other people. Do not ask an agent to conceal wrongdoing, evade regulation, impersonate someone, or misrepresent what has happened.
Protect people and data
Do not upload, connect, or prompt with information unless you have the authority and lawful basis to do so. Do not use the service to exploit vulnerable people, discriminate unlawfully, harass, stalk, threaten, or create abusive material.
Do not bypass safeguards
Do not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, permissions, approval controls, rate limits, authentication, or security controls. Do not probe another tenant, reverse engineer the service, introduce malicious code, or interfere with availability.
Keep external claims honest
Before you send or publish any prepared output, check that it is accurate, fairly presented, appropriately approved, and lawful. Do not use the service to create false reviews, fabricated testimonials, deceptive marketing, financial fraud, or unauthorised communications.
Consequences
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, where needed to protect the service or another person, or where required by law. We will normally explain the action unless doing so would create a security, legal, or safety risk.
